The Minnesota State Agency for Surplus Property administers the State Surplus and Federal Surplus Personal Property Donation Program. If you are a government/public agency or non-profit tax-exempt organization and meet eligibility requirements, you may be able to acquire Surplus Personal Property for official use by your agency

- Primary or secondary
Tax-exempt, non-profit educational or public health organizations
Organizations involved in the advocacy of homeless persons
Service educational activities
