Fleet Card Information
If you experience any trouble using your Voyager fuel card contact Voyager at 1.800.987.6591. This number is also located on the back of your Voyager fuel card.
Voyager charges should be as follows:
Only fuel, oil (like a Qrt of oil, NOT oil changes), washer fluid, wiper blades, and car washes should be charged on the fuel card.
Department of Administration Fuel Card Policy
- Any preventive maintenance or repairs should NOT be charged. The vendor should call ARI at 1-800-227-2273 fro approval prior to any p.m. work bing done.
- Odometer readings should be accurately (not rounded up or down) entered while using the credit card.
The following form should be completed if the fuel card provided with your Fleet Services vehicle has been lost, stolen, or damaged. Before completing the form, PLEASE READ the following:

If you purchase fuel before you receive your new fuel card, you must submit a Personal Reimbursement form along with the original fuel receipts. This form can be downloaded from our website Reimbursement Form. If you do not have a reciept you will need to submit an Affidavit in Lieu of Reciept.

It may take up to 10 working days to receive a replacement card.
