It is our goal to provide safe, cost-effective transportation solutions for state government offices for conducting official state business. Fleet Services offers a long-term vehicle rental program for government agencies. Weekday business hours are:

Business Office: 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Call Center: 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Fleet Services offers a long-term vehicle lease program for government agencies and also assists state agencies in meeting the federal Energy Policy Act (EPAct) requirement for alternative fuel vehicle purchasing. In Minnesota, ethanol is the primary alternative vehicle fuel for properly equipped cars and trucks. Fleet Services currently provides state agencies with more than 1,200 "flexible fuel" vehicles that are capable of using E85, a blend of about 85 percent ethanol and 15 percent unleaded gasoline. The fuel is available at more than 350 retail locations across Minnesota. Additional information about alternative fuels is available from the Alternative Fuels Data Center at the U.S. Department of Energy.
