It is our goal to provide safe, cost-effective transportation solutions for state government offices for conducting official state business. Fleet Services offers a long-term vehicle rental program for government agencies and operates a state vehicle service facility in St. Paul. Weekday business hours are:

Business Office: 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Call Center: 7 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Fleet Services also assists state agencies in meet the federal Energy Policy Act (EPAct) requirement for alternative fuel vehicle purchasing. In Minnesota, ethanol is the primary alternative vehicle fuel for properly equipped cars and trucks. Fleet Services currently provides state agencies with more than 1,100 "flexible fuel" vehicles that are capable of using E85, a blend of about 85 percent ethanol and 15 percent unleaded gasoline. The fuel is available at more than 100 retail locations across Minnesota. Fleet Services also maintains a facility for dispensing this alternative fuel for state vehicle use.
